The Hauser Family in an effort to address the massive media inquiries requests that all requests be made in writing via email to media@dannyhauser.com    

The family is very concerned that a lot of incorrect information has been circulating in the media and on the Internet.  The website that went up earlier this week was done without their knowledge or permission.  They ask your patience in  as they develop a website that provides accurate information. Their primary concern at this time is the family and Danny's wellbeing.  

     The Hauser Family are providing this website so that individuals who desire to be informed may be kept up to date. They ask that their privacy be respected.
 
 
Website:  The Hauser family are now managing the website www.dannyhauser.com which was originally launched by attorney Calvin Johnson without their knowledge or permission.  Danny nor the Hauser's have a FACEBOOK page, and no one at this time is authorized to represent Danny or the Hauser Family on FACEBOOK or any other social networking site.
 
Status of Danny's Treatment:  Danny started a second round of chemotherapy treatment this week.  The doctor changed the number of chemotherapy drugs in the protocol submitted to the court.  Danny is not tolerating the drugs well and has been vomiting all day.  He is understandably angry and depressed about being forced to go through the ravages of chemotherapy again. 
 
Mrs. Hauser:  "This is a very hard time for our family.  We ask for prayers and that our privacy be respected.  We will try to keep the public updated on the website as often as is reasonable.  However, we are not going to give daily updates as this takes our time away from Danny and our other children.  We appreciate the assistance of everyone who has stepped in to help us." 
 
Danny Hauser, 13, has Hodgkin Lymphoma.  His oncologist took his family to court to force chemotherapy this spring when the family expressed a desire to look into natural therapies.  The court ruled in the doctor's favor.
